You've heard of the "First Look"..now check out the "First Touch"! I think this is absolutely adorable. Basically, the bride and groom don't want to see each other during a First Look shoot, but they do want to have a moment together before the "I Do's". They hide behind a wall or curtain so that they are sure not to get a peek of each other but they hold hands. Surely this takes some strategizing on the photographer and coordinators parts, but it's a nice compromise to the tradition of not seeing each other before the ceremony at all and seeing each other during a First Look.
One of the weddings that we are coordinating this weekend is doing this and I'm so excited to see it done for the first time. Stay tuned!
