- Program Fans: Kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Print your programs on a fan so guests can keep cool and stay on track with your ceremony at the same time. We like these from magnetstreet.com but you can make it a fun DIY project too!
- Refreshments: Offer your guests a non-alcoholic beverage as they arrive to the ceremony site. Great options are flavored water, iced tea or lemonade. Or you can setup an ice bin with water bottles covered with a personalized wedding label. Alcohol can dehydrate you quickly so a non-alcoholic beverage is highly recommended.
Stay Shaded: These cute parasols will keep your guests shaded from the sun. Buy them in your wedding colors! I bet it would make for some amazing ceremony photos!
- A Sweet Treat: Make arrangements for an ice cream truck to come by your ceremony site after the wedding. Your guests will be sure to cool off with an icy treat on a hot day.
