The Sun & Sand Spectacular Was...Well, SPECTACULAR!

If you didn't get a chance to stop by the Sun & Sand Spectacular event last Thursday, here's what you missed:

Videography display by Chad Whelan!

Nikki & Paige of Sun Kissed Mobile Glow. They were doing airbrush tanning in their on-site tent!

Shenita Cooper of Seija On-Site Luxury Spa displaying some of her products and explaining to a guest how they work.

Cheri Zukunft of Raymour & Flanagan (Orange) shows off some of her furniture.

Renee DeStefano of FloraBella Florist taking pictures of the beautiful and delicious display provided by Homemade Gourmet Catering & Foods.

The ladies of Perfect Wedding Guide.

Kara Schiff, Pampered Chef consultant.

Michelle Kosztala of the Holiday Inn, North Haven, having a great time and laughing at something entertaining.

Michelle Boyle displays information for Liberty Limousine.

Christine Weglinski displays beautiful Lia Sophia jewelry at her table.

Ann Marie and Pat Lavorante of Invitations for all Occasions display their products at their table. Ann Marie also makes those musical light boxes (great for centerpieces or as a gift) and fuzzy flip-flops (great for the bridal party so the girls can kick off their heels)!

Table display of the Holiday Inn, North Haven.

Oh my goodness....the food provided by Homemade Gourmet Catering & Foods was to die for! Excellent job by Diane Zello and Mike Jackson, the Homemade Gourmets! Here we have Spicy Scallop Cucumber - caviar, seaweed salad, tempura, with honey-lemon wasabi.

This is Filet Mignon - fresh arugula, parmesan crisp, black truffle balsamic glaze, rosemary crustini.

One of the entrees included the HG Spice Crusted Filet Mignon - sweet potato basket, roasted garlic potatoes, roasted asparagus, chive-lime zest-blackberry butter, blackberries house made demi-glace.

Here is Toasted Parmesan Crusted Barramundi - kale, slow roasted tomato, baby white asparagus, roasted garlic-rosemary sauce.

This is Herb Crusted Chicken - slivered almonds, spinach, carrot-apple-ginger sauce, roasted red pepper sauce, rosemary oil.

This colorful dish is Roasted Vegetable Lasagna Rollatini - roasted vegetables with a roasted tomato- goat cheese caper sauce.

Everything looked so delicious and beautifully presented that I was almost afraid to eat it (ALMOST!).

FloraBella Florist beautifully displayed different types of floral arrangements in other color than - PINK!

The lovely ladies of CR Socials. Assistant, Katie Catalano and friends helped run the registration/CR Socials Event Planning booth. Fabulous job ladies, thank you!

These have to be the best cookies EVER! Christina's Gourmet Cookies are so delicious! There are so many flavors you can choose from too!

Christina's colorful display make her cookies easy to give as favors at any event.

The chocolate fountain, provided by Chocolate Fountains of CT was a HUGE hit! This is the same company that provided the chocolate fountain at Kelly & Mark's wedding last weekend and they did a fantastic job at both events!

Beautiful display, CFOC!

Lisa Standish of Chair Affair can provide chair covers, sashes and linens for any type of event. She was a huge help in providing some table covers for some of the vendors that evening, including CR Socials. Thank you, Lisa!

I'm not really sure what I was doing here, so we'll move on to the next picture...

Burt Vitale of Jamestown Financial Group chats it up with a guest!

Brian Krisak of By Original Design took care of all our printing needs for the event. He assisted in the flier design, printed the fliers and the banner that was displayed on the boardwalk. Brian can take care of all your printing needs!

Randi Willman of Booty Parlors was an interesting addition to our show. She kept it clean and entertaining at the same time.

Thank you to everyone who participated as a vendor and everyone who took the time to come check it out! I look forward to another event like this one.
